Bringing Civil Engineering to the Next Generation
ICE approached us to help engage a younger audience through a TikTok campaign driving traffic to a new careers site showcasing the breadth of civil engineering.
Centred on three relatable characters, the site explored different pathways into the profession. We translated these into two fast-paced, story-led TikTok videos—crafted to resonate with Gen Z and feel native to the platform.
The campaign performed strongly, generating over 9 million impressions and driving meaningful engagement with the target demographic.
